Age matters
- All of our beef is harvested from Angus beef around 2 years of age.
- Our beef is dry aged; this produces not only a more tender cut of meat, but also concentrates the flavor, producing meat superior in taste and texture.

My husband and I spoke to them at the farmer’s market, and it became clear that this family was passionate about being your personal farmers.
