Description Known for her intricately cut paper collages of flowers, Mary Delany was a supreme artist who began her art form in her early seventies in the 1700’s. Her handmade paper mosaics are often mistaken for paintings. Passion Flower in al its exuberance of color measures 12″ x 14″ – as the smaller of several sizes – on 14, 16, or 18 mesh mono deluxe needlepoint canvas. We are partial to silk threads for this canvas, and will be happy to select and add appropriate silk or silk/wool blend colors to help complete.
