Description A Scottish painter during the late 1800’s and early 1900’s, Frances Cadell painted various portraits and many interiors. The Blue Fan is an excellent example of his stylized interiors focused on the details. Kit includes a 12″ x 14″ 14, 16 or 18 mesh mono deluxe needlepoint canvas and all the appropriate wool or silk threads to help complete. Available in various sizes.
