The corrosion-resistant GalFan coating on the steel back ensures superior durability. It has one-piece formed construction top and backsplash. Its design prevents bacteria and food particles from getting trapped underneath. NSF approved, the attractive interior has a clear-coated aluminum liner and a stainless steel floor with coved corners. The entire cabinet, including the door is foamed-in-place using the high-density, polyurethane insulation. The insulation has zero (0) ozone depletion potential and zero (0) global warming potential.A factory-engineered, self-contained, capillary tube refrigeration system on this unit uses the environmentally-friendly R290 hydrocarbon refrigerant that helps maintain the temperature at -10°F. The extra-large evaporator is coil balanced with higher horsepower compressor and large condenser. This freezer is ideal to be used for storing ice cream and frozen foods. The large fan blades on the self-lubricating, sealed, cast iron evaporator fan motor ensure low velocity and the high volume of airflow design, helping in better temperature recovery. For easy maintenance, users can slide out the condensing unit from the back of the cabinet. The automatic defrost system is time initiated and time terminated, creating ideal storage conditions.Its positive seal self-closing door has 90° stay open feature that allows easy loading and unloading of pans. It has a one-piece construction magnetic door gasket that can be easily removed without using tools. The door is fitted with a 12" long foamed-in-place recessed handle with a sheet metal interlock that ensures permanent attachment. There are two (2) adjustable, heavy-duty PVC-coated wire shelves measuring 23-1/4"Lx16"D, that are installed with four (4) chrome-plated shelf clips. The shelves can be adjusted on 1/2" increments.
