The Lathyrus odoratus King Size Coronation Mix is specially cultivated to produce stunning sweet pea flowers from late June through September, ensuring a summer filled with vibrant blooms. Sowing Instructions: September to April Sowing: September: Sow seeds directly into the flowering site, burying them 2cm (3/4″) deep. October to November: Plant 5 seeds per pot and place in a cold frame. January: Sow in a heated glasshouse for early blooms. March: Utilize a cold frame for sowing. April: Direct sowing into the flowering site is ideal for this time. Post-Sowing Care: Seedlings raised in a glasshouse should be hardened off during March. Plant out pot-grown seedlings 15cm (6″) apart in April at the flowering site. For direct sown seeds, thin seedlings to 10cm (4″) apart. Regularly picking flowers will encourage continuous growth and new blooms. Maturity Period: Enjoy a long blooming season from late June to September, with an abundance of fragrant flowers.
