Cancellations must be made within 24 hours of the order/payment. Beyond that will be on a case by case basis, but as each product is custom made and not an inventory item, cancellations are not guaranteed. Returns/Exchanges: If there is a defect/issue with your order once received, or a product arrives damaged, please contact me and we will work to find a resolution.
