Product detailsThe Hoshizaki DCM-500BAH Cubelet Icemaker is a high-efficiency ice production unit that is designed for commercial usage. It can produce 618 lb cubelet nugget-style ice cubes per day and has a built-in storage bin that can hold up to 40 lb ice at one time. Its Push button function is designed to dispense ice or water. The unit can easily handle high volume settings. The user-friendly dispensing mechanism discharges the easy-to-chew ice cubes with a push of a button.Hoshizaki DCM-500BAH features a CleanCycle12 that performs a 15-minute purge every 12 hours to rid the machine from impurities. It is protected by the H-Guard Plus Antimicrobial Agent that eliminates the growth of mold, mildew, bacteria, and other harmful agents. The dispenser has a sanitary design to keep the ice fully contained until it is needed. This helps minimize potential cross-contamination. The durable stainless steel exterior of this machine can be easily cleaned. It uses the environmentally-friendly R-404A refrigerant that maintains ambient temperatures between 45°F to 100°F. The water temperature range on this machine is between 45°F and 90°F.The unit can be placed on countertop or optional stands SD-450 and SD-500. It generates a water-pressure between 10-113 psig and requires single-phase, 115V, 60 Hz electrical connection to function.
