Cold wall system eliminates any possibility of fluctuation in temperature so that the ice cream neither melts or freezes too much and make scooping easy. The unit holds temperature between -10°F to 8°F for keeping ice cream optimally frozen. LED lighting inside the cabinet provides visibility and makes the flavors look more attractive. This light can be controlled using an independent on/off switch as per your convenience. To keep the cabinet clean, it features a transparent polycarbonate compartment lid with full-length handle.Turbo Air's Dipping cabinet comes with a capacity to hold (13) 3-gallon ice cream cartons with (8) on the display and (5) extra in storage.
