The Trimaco Self-Adhesive Zip helps create convenient entry and exit points through a containment wall, usually made of polythene sheeting. Its strong adhesive means that the user can be assured the entry can stay safely sealed and structural. Creating zipped containment walls means that you can create air locks, or containment zones for working which can be easily accessed. How do I use the self-adhesive zip? Expose the adhesive along the zip and place it any where you want the entrance to be on the containment wall. Once stuck on, as you pull down the zipper, use a Stanley knife to cut into the polythene sheeting behind it, so as to create an opening right behind the zipper. Ensure the cut does no go beyond the height and bottom of the zipper, so that the zipper may cover all of the opening.
