Clivet heat pumps are supplied with a single water temperature sensor with a 10 meter cable as standard. The control unit has to be ordered in addition to the heat pump. Cascading multiple heat pumps There are two methods Method one Up to six heat pumps can be cascaded through a single controller, however using this method only the master heat pump can be connected to provide DHW Method two Up to six heat pumps can be cascaded through a control circuit, whereby each heat pump has it’s own controller and can provide DHW control of a single or multiple DHW circuits.
