Product detailsThe Shortening Shuttle® SS-709-T is 57.5" long x 12.2" wide by 8.5" tall holding 80 lbs or 10.5 gallons. It weighs 31lbs. This unit will fit under the BOTTOM of a fryer drain outlet LESS than 8.5" high and reach a disposal container LESS than 49.4" tall. Waste containers with openings set back from the edge more than 3.25" may require a Dumpster Extension to reach the opening. It is suggested that to facilitate storage, a hook be ordered. If more protection is desired to protect the back from bumps and dings from stairways etc. a stair plate may be ordered at time of purchase. It cannot be retrofitted.
