Previously called ‘Ombre’ (taking its name from ‘Ombra’ , a Venetian dialect word for ‘glass of wine’), it’s recently been re-labelled as ‘Sig. Tom Bre’ due to a copyright issue. The wine is unchanged; it’s a pleasing straw-gold colour with heady aromas of stone fruit and green apple.
