Organic dry cider, packed with sweetish apple flavours backed by delicate yet zesty acidity. Domaine des Cinq Autels’s Demi-Sec has almost twice the amount of residual sugar as its drier sibling (293). As less of the apple juice is fermented, it’s consequently a little lighter in alcohol but still full of flavour. Presented in an attractive corked, wired bottle.
