A strong sweetish aperitif where year old cognac is blended with grape juice and matured in oak casks for a minimum of 8 months. As a result this creates an appealing and versatile drink that has enjoyed something of a renaissance in France (and beyond) in recent years. This product will keep for several weeks once opened. In addition our customers like it with melon, blue cheese, as a dessert wine or in sauces and fruit salads. It’s very versatile!
