NcNean describe this as ‘beyond Gin – our innovative floral spirit’. It’s an experimental ‘boundary-pushing’ spirit with echoes of Scotch whisky’s past. Distilled from Scottish barley and made with a range of botanicals: juniper, coriander, bog myrtle, fresh grapefruit, chamomile, thyme, heather, sorrel, angelica, and liquorice. The style is light and fruity with some savoury notes and hints of wildflowers and pine. Best enjoyed with tonic or used in any classic gin cocktail. “This is a tipple that’s truly different!
