Produced in Spain and bottled in France, 100% Airen grapes are night-harvested to preserve the freshness and optimise the quality of this simple but charming wine. With a pleasing bouquet of lemon and white flowers, it’s initially lively on tasting, with good acidity which then becomes rounder and broader. Try it with stuffed aubergines, white fish ‘en papillote’ or even an apricot tart! Great value. This wine label has had a minor rebrand but is still the same product previously named ‘Châtelaine Stéphanie Blanc’.
