Description Red grapes (Merlot and Negroamaro) from south-central Italy are processed without maceration, giving this great value rosé its delicate pink colour. Its uncomplicated aromas are sweet, strawberry and cherry, and the wine itself smooth and light, whilst still both lively and easy-drinking. Perfect as an apéritif, and quite versatile: try it with sushi or lightly flavoured pasta dishes.
